Lore: The Tale of Count Richards Regret

 Ct. Richard's Regret was a war-holk, which set sail during the Third Century on the way to the New Horizons. Its captain was a war veteran called Carlos Theodor, who loved the sea more than anything.

 One night, there was a storm - a storm more powerful than anything you could imagine. Theodor defended his ship with all his skill and seamanship, but the sheer strength of the sea was too much for him to handle. his body,  wrapped in seaweed, and the wake of the waves soothing him in a lullaby of death.

 No rest can be had by poor Theodor - his spirit is now embedded in his ship, cursed to forever sail in circles on the high sea.

 If you ever sight this cursed vessel, take time to mourn poor Theodor.
